Rice Krispies Cheese Balls....DELICIOUS!
Makes almost 50 and FREEZES well.. These are absolutely perfect for a cocktail party or a football party, or you're having a few friends in and want to serve them something you made with a drink before dinner...they're the perfect munch for drinks or even on the side at a luncheon or dinner party! ENJOY!
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups flour
2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup melted butter
¾ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients
Melt butter and mix butter slowly into dry ingredients..
Make into small balls...like a walnut
Bake at 350 Degrees...20-25 minutes.

Believe it or not my Mom made these same goodies years ago. I remember how good they were with a bowl of chili or just plain. She also made some kind of spread with cream cheese and various flavors that went well with them. Dang, must be getting old since I can't remember the spread.
I sure do remember the crackers and YUMMY. Thanks for posting the recipe since Mom's has disappeared. Probably at my daughters who confiscated Mom's recipes years ago. hahaha.
